Services Building Orientation

DMS Mechanical Building Orientation is a FREE service offered, consisting of a 2-4 hour building walk-through with Head Service Technician and / or Service Manager.

  • Complete Documentation of:
  1. Location and complete description of all mechanical equipment.
  2. Location of all water shut-offs, refrigeration and A/C controls.
  3. Any building particulars to assist in any mechanical emergencies.
  • Building information goes on file. Technician and/or Service Manager
  1. One copy held at DMS Mechanical's office.
  2. One copy stays in the building or with on site manager.
This information will allow DMS. to become completely familiar with the building and the way it operates, so our technicians can efficiently handle any emergency that you may have with or without the attendance of the building manager (if necessary).

This service is FREE OF CHARGE.
