First Place was designed for the Lookout Housing + Health Society with sustainability and green practices in mind. The use of a green roof, in-floor heating and low flow fixtures earned this tower an ‘Exemplary Project’ rating from the Vancouver Design Panel.

Project Details
On this highly sustainable project, DMS was contracted to perform the full mechanical scope, including plumbing, HVAC-R, gas, and controls. Radiant in-floor heating and a heat recovery wheel compliment the eco-friendly design of First Place Residence in it’s pursuit of LEED standards.
