1335 Howe

1335 Howe is a modern and sophisticated 40-storey residential tower located in the incredible Beach District. DMS was contracted to install a 4-pipe fan coil system supplied by 14 modular air source chillers to give year-round climate comfort.

Latimer Heights

Latimer Heights is the largest master-planned community in the history of Langley. For Latimer Heights, we have been engaged to provide complete mechanical system solutions. This includes plumbing, HVAC, gas, sprinklers, refrigeration, balancing, and commissioning.

Tailor

Tailor by Marcon is a sleek, 27-storey residential tower consisting of 165 condominium units and 5 townhomes. DMS was contracted to perform comprehensive mechanical construction and installation throughout the project.

River District

The River District is a 130-acre, master-planned waterfront community located in Vancouver. DMS was contracted to perform full mechanical work across five towers.

Grand Villa Casino

The Grand Villa Casino is a hotel, conference centre, and gaming destination in the heart of Burnaby, BC. DMS assisted with the large-scale renovation, upgrading plumbing, drainage, and mechanical insulation.

St. John’s School

St. John’s School is one of Vancouver’s leading private educational institutions. DMS was contracted to install a complete non-combustible heating and cooling system while school was still in operation.

L’Hermitage Residence and Hotel

L’Hermitage is both a luxury hotel and a prime residential space in the heart of Vancouver. As part of a series of upgrades for the building, DMS was responsible for the installation of new sprinklers, gas lines, plumbing systems, and a heat pump system.

Hotel Georgia and Private Residences

As part of the heritage concept for the existing hotel, DMS completed the 5-star hotel installation with a 4-pipe fan coil. We also installed a 2-pipe heat pump for the adjacent residential tower, nearing 50 storeys in height.

Olympic Village

The Olympic Village was a Leed Gold Project from DMS. We were contracted to complete all mechanical work, including heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical, and gas.
