Project Overview
The River District is a 130-acre, master-planned waterfront community located in Vancouver. A complete community, River District features an elementary school, child care facilities, restaurants, retail space including a grocery store, parks, public plazas, and recreational amenities, all within walking distance or a short bicycle ride.

Project Details
As part of the construction of the River District, DMS was contracted to perform full mechanical work for 1 Town Centre, Quartet, Avalon 2, Avalon 3, and Mode. This work entailed installing HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and gas lines for hundreds of residential units and thousands of square feet of commercial space. In addition to installing all mechanical systems, we provided design-assist and design-build solutions to ensure that all systems were the perfect fit for each property.
