DMS successfully executed the full mechanical contract, including plumbing, gas, controls and HVAC-R. The penthouse units are equipped with cutting-edge Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, ensuring optimal climate control and energy efficiency. In the commercial space, we have implemented advanced water-sourced heat pumps, seamlessly integrated with Brentwood Towers’ central plant for a sustainable solution. The Domestic Water system, features strategically positioned mechanical rooms. The parkade and tower each house a dedicated mechanical room, utilizing a state-of-the-art mini closed-loop high-temperature system sourced from the central plant, enhancing operational efficiency.
