Project Details
DMS undertook the full mechanical scope on Lougheed Hieghts, including plumbing, HVAC-R, gas, and controls. The penthouse and amenity spaces utilized modern Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) units to provide controlled heating and cooling. The shared swimming pool was strategically heated using a pair of Viessmann boilers.
