Project Details
On 1770 Pendrell, DMS Mechanical was contracted for the installation of a full mechanical system, providing the plumbing, gas, controls and an efficient heating and cooling system. The four pipe fan coil system works in unison with a chiller in the parkade and an energy transfer station (boiler plant) which can also provide heating to future buildings in the area.
