Project Details
With a 4-pipe fan coil system supplied by 14 modular air source chillers to give year-round climate comfort, the building is split between long-term rentals and full-time residents splitting the mechanical systems in two independent operating plants. With high-end finishings and 3-storey penthouse units, the install required the highest level of expertise and craftsmanship to complete.
