Project Details
In the successful completion of this dynamic two-tower project, DMS performed the full mechanical contract, encompassing Plumbing, Gas, Controls, and HVAC-R. Our expert touch is evident in The Grande’s state-of-the-art features, including the implementation of highly efficient ClimateMaster vertical stack water-sourced heat pumps, seamlessly integrated with a fluid cooler, ensuring residents experience unparalleled comfort. Heating of the pool and hot tub amenities, was accomplished with cutting-edge ClimateMaster water-to-water heat pumps. And to accomplish the large task of providing hot water to 450+ units, we implemented a central triplex booster pump, intelligently serving both towers. Each tower boasts its own rooftop heating plant, featuring three cascading boilers and double-wall heat exchangers designed to cater to the Domestic Hot Water (DHW) systems.
