Project Details
At Maywood on the Park, precision climate control was delivered to each unit the use of a four pipe Daikin FWB fan coil system, providing residents on-demand heating and cooling. The meticulously designed system also features a chiller and cooling tower, and was multi zoned to mitigate high pressure zones. DMS performed the full mechanical scope, inlcuding plumbing, HVAC-R, gas and controls.
