Project Details
DMS was contracted for the full mechanical scope of this project, including plumbing, HVAC-R, gas and controls. HUB Place features individual hot water tanks and a central Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) providing heating and cooling to corridors, and fresh conditioned air to suites. The three Commercial Retail Units are provided heating and cooling with independent Daikin Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) units.
