Savoy by Aria Pacific Developments is a modern six storey low-rise, located steps from the beautiful Queen Elizabeth Park. The building comprises 58 condominiums and six townhomes, each featuring Miele appliances. On top of the incredible views, residents of this sustainable LEED Gold project have access to luxurious amenities such as a rooftop bar and garden, bicycle storage, and a private gym.

Project Details
DMS provided full mechanical scope on this project including, plumbing, HVAC-R, gas and controls. The intricate HVAC-R system featured Mitsubishi Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems to provide comfortable and flexible climate control. To ensure superior indoor air quality, each suite is equipped with Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERV), enhancing ventilation while minimizing energy consumption. Additionally, a Central Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) caters to corridor ventilation needs. Natural gas serves as supplementary heat, contributing to both sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
