Project Overview
Latimer Heights is the largest master-planned community in the history of Langley, featuring a selection of multi-family and single-family homes and the first two high-rise concrete towers in the city. This 74-acre community is a proud winner of the Best of Fraser Valley by UDI Awards and two Grand Georgie Awards. Project Details
The Towers at Latimer Heights are the first two high-rise towers in the Township of Langley. They are combined with 16 standalone townhomes over a private garage and all buildings lead out to courtyards and amenity spaces. The project uses Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) to provide residents with both heating and cooling simultaneously in every suite. DMS carries the full mechanical scope including Plumbing, Insulation, HVAC, Gas, Controls, Sprinkler, Refrigeration, Balancing, and Commissioning.
