Project Overview
This incredible hotel was originally constructed in 1927, making it a true landmark for Vancouver. As part of the heritage concept for the existing hotel, DMS completed the 5-star hotel installation with a 4-pipe fan coil. We also installed a 2-pipe heat pump for the adjacent residential tower, nearing 50 storeys in height. This new landmark features multiple restaurants and a signature glass-bottom pool.

Project Details
DMS was contracted to complete all plumbing, drainage, and mechanical insulation work for this project. This project was completed in three phases. The first phase involved all of the mechanical work for the hotel building, the second phase involved the work for the commercial space in the adjacent tower, and the third phase consisted of the work for the residential space in the adjacent tower.
