Project Details
DMS undertook the comprehensive mechanical scope for this project, installing a sophisticated HVAC-R system. This intricate setup included dual-zoned Jaga Briza fan coils and Jaga Micro Canals in each suite, engineered to deliver unparalleled comfort to residents. To bolster efficiency, Aermec water-to-air heat pumps were integrated into the chilled water system, harnessing reclaimed heat to preheat Domestic Hot Water (DHW). Adding to the complexity, the hydronic system was multi-zoned, employing pressure separation heat exchangers to optimize performance.
