Project Overview
Northwest by Onni is a 350 unit, two tower project, situated in the bustling Cambie transit corridor. Accompanying the 31 and 13 storey towers is the Marpole Community Hub, occupied by Marpole-Oakridge Family Place. Residents of these two pinnacles have access to many modern amenities like a fully equipped fitness centre, rooftop terrace with a BBQ, lounge, and garden plots. Adding to the prestige of this project, Northwest achieved a LEED Gold certification.

Project Details
DMS executed the complete mechanical contract, including plumbing, HVAC-R, gas and controls. The implementation of Whalen tower heat pumps and a state-of-the-art fluid cooler ensures optimal climate control, increasing efficiency and sustainability. The installation of both DCW and DHW triplex booster pump packages, guarantee a seamless and reliable supply for our Domestic Water system. In the commercial spaces, we have introduced individual water and BTU meters alongside horizontal water-sourced heat pumps. A heated water feature designed for year round operation enhances the elegance of these two towers.
