Project Details
DMS was contracted to perform the full mechanical scope, including plumbing, HVAC-R, gas, and controls. The Prescott’s HVAC-R system was designed to be highly efficient in addition to being sustainable. The system featured Jaga Strada heating and cooling convector units in conjunction with a Heat Recovery Wheel. Lonsdale District Energy provided the low water temperatures required for the system.
