Project Overview
The Olympic Village was a Leed Gold Project from DMS. Built for the world to visit, this project featured highly sophisticated heating and cooling ceiling mats, a greywater system, and a water retention system. Since this project was unlike anything else in Canada, the timeline was critical and the design was state-of-the-art. Completed on time and on budget, the athletes of the Olympic Village enjoyed the very best that DMS had to offer.

Project Details
For this one-of-a-kind project, we were contracted to complete all mechanical work. This included heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical, and gas, ensuring that all key systems were designed and installed to the highest standards. In addition to completing the mechanical work, we were contracted to perform the full-time onsite maintenance for the duration of the Winter and Paralympic Games.
