Project Overview
St. John’s School was established over 35 years ago as a co-educational, non-denominational, independent, urban, IB World Continuum School. Educating 570 students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 12, 100% of their graduates go to a university of their choice. The school features a modern and innovative design that is tailored to today’s teaching methods.

Project Details
For this project, we were contracted to install a complete non-combustible heating and cooling system. Additional features for the project included a multi-stack design and a massive 15,000 lb air handler for the gymnasium. This work was performed for the construction of a new, three-storey concrete and structural steel school with a one-level underground parkade and gym. All work was completed adjacent to the existing school, which remained in operation throughout the project.
